The Pierce Trips Calendar is a public service program. 

Personal information is collected in order to contact prize winners and to provide administrative services for employers and schools with commute options programs.

No personal information will be shared or sold to another business, agency or group.  However, employer/school commute options programs registered with Pierce Transit/Pierce Trips do have access to trip data generated by users registered with that particular employer/school commute options program. 

In order to improve county or state commute support services and programs, Pierce Trips reserves the right to utilize the trip data only; names of individuals will not be released.

This database is exempt from the public disclosure law, RCW 42.56.330.
